Operations Engineer

As an Operations Engineer, you will opearate and enahce the our medical claims processing system, ensuring operational delivery aligns with SLAs while optimizing process efficiency through automation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
 – Operate Bluespine system for our customers
–  Monitor and meet  SLA requirements
–  Work closely with R&D to improve the products

Qualifications:
– Hands-on technical expertise (IT systems, QA, support)
– Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
– Familiarity with programming  – advantage
– Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems Engineering / Computer Science / Industrial Engineering practical engineer (associate degree) – advantage
– Experience with Medical Claims Processing – advantage
