Data Scientist

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to developing data-driven insights, predictive models, and analytical solutions. In this role, you will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and statistical analyses
• Explore large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines—from data preprocessing to deployment
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams on data initiatives
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate model performance and improve model accuracy and reliability

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy)
• Hands-on experience with ML model development, training, and deployment
• Experience working with SQL and large datasets
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) – advantage
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, and model evaluation
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
